This Privacy Policy explains how "画未" (the "App", Bundle ID: com.huaqianglee.JJPicture) handles your data. The App is developed by Huaqiang Li. We take your privacy seriously and designed the App around the principles of data minimization and on-device processing.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data linked to your identity.
- The App does not require registration or login;
- The App does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, or device identifiers;
- The App does not perform any cross-app or cross-website user tracking;
- The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Flurry, etc.).
Our declaration in Apple's App Privacy questionnaire is: Data Not Collected.
3. How Your Photos Are Handled
Your photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Photos you open, edit, or export are processed in your device's memory and storage;
- All features — adjust, filters, curves, HSL, beauty, crop, layers, clone stamp, heal / texture fill — run entirely on-device;
- The "Heal / Texture Fill" tool uses on-device image processing (blur and nearby texture fill). It is not generative AI and never sends images to the cloud;
- Photos only leave the App through the standard iOS save or share flow, which you initiate and fully control.
4. Permissions
Camera
Purpose: Used only when you choose to capture a new photo from within the App for editing. It is requested only at that moment; if you never take a photo inside the App, it is never triggered.
Photo Library
Purpose: Used to open photos from your library for editing, and to save or share your edited results when you choose to.
All permissions are granted by you and can be reviewed or revoked at any time in System Settings → 画未.
5. Locally Stored Preferences
The App uses the system's local storage (UserDefaults, declared reason CA92.1) to store your preferences, such as:
- Interface language selection;
- Favorite filters;
- Other UI and display preferences.
This data is stored only on your device. It is not synced to the cloud and is never shared with us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
6. Third-Party Services
This version of the App does not integrate any third-party data collection, analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. It also does not include any third-party login services (such as social platform sign-in).
When you choose "Share" after editing, iOS's standard share sheet is invoked for you to pick a destination app. That process is handled by the system and the destination app and is outside the scope of this policy.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any personal data at all, the data handling is identical for users of any age. 8. Data Retention
Because the App does not collect any personal data and does not upload your photos, there is no server-side data retention to consider. All data remains on your device, and you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will provide a prominent notice in the App or on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
